My laptop don't get wireless connection
I tried to contact dell they told me I need to download software from and their website and then update my network soft ware in my laptop. But my laptop doesn't have internet connection so what divice i can buy so I can download file from the computer that have internet connection and later copy that file in my laptop?

You should be able to use a direct connection (like a cable line or phone line.. what kind of internet do you have?), unless your laptop only has the wireless (which is not likely).

If you can not connec with your laptopt, why not get a flash or jump or USB drive to store the files on it and install them on your laptop. Ordownload dell software you can burn the files to a CD
You can use another computer to download the files you need
I have to deal with machines that lose their ability to connect to the internet often. Flash drives are a time saver.
Get on a friends computer, find the driver, download it, and copy it to your flash drive, or to a CD-ROM/floppy if you don't have a flash drive.
