I am head of music of a radio station and was wondering where i have to go to get promotional releases for music. Tryed to get in touch with some lables but can never find a contact.

You should automatically be on the mailing list for alfree new music releasesl record companies to receive promos.
Unless you haven't paid your subs to the PRS, in which case you're an illegal pirate station.

Depending on your format, some music is eafree new music releasessier to obtain than others.
Here are a couple of places to try:
I'm assuming your radio station is new. If so, it will eventually get discovered by the labels. I suggest writing to the labels via snail mail
on company letterhead requesting music.
They'll eventually find you.
